Work Ready

I thought I would never see it, Ready-to-Work.  It is just another “illegal immigrant law”.  Now Georgia has one.

The Ready-to-Work certificate permits you to work.  It protects the employer against any legal action the authorities may create against the employer.  It places greater distance between the employee and the employer.  I saw a GDOL job placement site where the employer wanted someone who possesses a college education, work experience, and Ready-to-Work Certificate as minimal qualification.

It is also a union organization.  You may not be in the union found by AFL-CIO or Truckers Union; but, it does represent a union setup by the state itself.  Someone said, What is the largest union organization in the state of Georgia.  It is the State of Georgia.

I have not seen this much political behavior; since, the paper work you were demanded to possess as a German citizen of Nazi Germany.  The only difference they required that is citizen had their German passport with the citizen’s right thumb print on the document.

What about the several people who have learning disability?  What about Stephen Hawking’s condition?  The most conservative would consider him as disability.  He possesses a professorship; but, he must communicate through a computer voice.  Most of these people are placed in a corner and fed through a tube and forgotten.  But, I who has ADHD, I can fail the test.  I am considered a genius by psychologist; while, physical doctors considered me as a mild handicapped.  Do not talk about Social Security; they will take a person in the hospital, in bed with life support, in a comma, and declared brain dead.  Social Security will tell the candidate to get-up from his bed and go out and get a job.
